
Rosalind founded the firm in 1993 having worked previously at Broomheads solicitors (now DLA Piper). Originally qualifying with a history degree and working in London for the Historical Association she retrained as a solicitor and moved to Sheffield in 1986. She deals with Wills, Probate, Trusts and elderly issues and oversees the Private Client Department. She is married with 3 children and lives locally. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)

Rebecca is a Partner at the firm having joined Rosalind Watchorn Solicitors in 1997. She qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and deals with Court of Protection matters, Wills, Trusts, Probate and oversees our Property Department. She has a law degree and lives locally with her husband and son. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)

Stewart is a solicitor who deals with Commercial and Residential Conveyancing and Wills and Probate matters. He joined Rosalind Watchorn Solicitors in 2009 from Beresford & Long Solicitors where he headed up their Private Client and Conveyancing Department. He has 2 children, 2 stepchildren and 2 grandchildren and lives with his wife in the Peak District.

Having studied for her law degree and legal practice course at Sheffield University, Annie qualified as a solicitor in 2006. She joined our firm as a solicitor in our Private Client Department in 2008 and deals with Wills, Tax Planning, Lasting Power of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, as well as giving advice to elderly clients on issues affecting them. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) winning an award in 2009 for the best Trusts examination paper in the country.

James, originally from Leeds, qualified as a Solicitor in 2009. He completed his law degree at Sheffield Hallam University and, after completing his training, practiced as a Private Client Solicitor on the South Coast. He has moved back to Sheffield, joining Rosalind Watchorn in 2011, and deals with Wills, Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, elderly issues, Probate and Court of Protection matters. He is engaged to Jane, who is also a Solicitor.

Sarah is a Probate Paralegal at this practice and joined us in 2007, having had 8 years experience at HSBC Probate Department, Sheffield. Previously she had her own sales and secretarial business in Bedfordshire and had involvement with publicity and training for CRUSE. She is married with 2 adult children.

After 19 years' experience as a probate clerk with another Sheffield firm of solicitors, Christine has worked with us as a Probate Paralegal since 2003. She has 3 adult sons as well as grandchildren.

Kay worked previously as a secretary in the NHS and joined us in 2007 as a Legal Secretary for our Private Client Department. She is from Doncaster and recently married.

Barbara joined us as a Conveyancer in 2009. She started work in a solicitors' office from leaving school and has had over 20 years experience working in a Conveyancing Department. Barbara deals with Residential Conveyancing at our firm. She has 3 children.

Sue joined the firm's Conveyancing Department as a Paralegal in 2011. She has worked for other Solicitors firms in Sheffield since leaving school and has considerable experience in residential conveyancing. She lives in Sheffield with her husband and has one daughter.

Wendy has worked in the legal profession for 31 years, and has worked as a cashier for 12 of those years. She joined us in October last year as a Legal Cashier. Wendy lives in Sheffield and has 3 children.

Sue joined our practice in 2011 as our receptionist; she also assists as a legal secretary. Sue has worked in a legal environment since leaving school, although she did work as a Prison Information Advice and Guidance Worker at a Northumberland Prison for a couple of years. Sue lives in Sheffield.

Brittany completed her Law degree at Sheffield University and joined the practice as a Paralegal in 2011. She is from South Yorkshire and lives just outside Sheffield.
