The Alzheimer’s Society 50-64 Project wants to hear from you.

Are you a young person with dementia?

Are you caring for a young person with dementia?

Do you want to help drive more dementia friendly activities around Sheffield?

Come to the The Crucible Theatre on Thursday 8 December at 12.30pm-3.30pm and join the Alzheimer’s Society Tea and Talk

Dementia is often associated with people at the later stages of life, but it can start much earlier. This project supports people (aged 50–64 or those young at heart) who have dementia and their carers, by developing a programme of peer support and inclusive social activities.

Want to get involved? We need younger people with dementia and their carers to be part of a group to promote awareness of the project, and to help design activities and support network.
