Message to all our clients, friends and our community
At Rosalind Watchorn we have always put our clients associates and staff at the heart of what we do.
All of us have been affected by the Coronavirus either directly or indirectly and many of our older clients are going to be isolated for at least 12 weeks with the rest of us having to keep our distance from our family and friends. Quite apart from the fear of a disease which can be serious for some of us, it can mean increased social isolation for some and practical problems in how to obtain food medicines and vital services.
Many of our staff are now working from home and we unfortunately can no longer have face to face meetings with our clients and associates – both to keep them safe and also our staff.
Some of the work we do however is essential.
We can still advise on and update and prepare new wills for you albeit in a slightly different way – we can take instructions over the phone, by email or through Skype, Zoom or Facetime and advise you about the best way to get the will witnessed.
We are still involved in assisting and advising some of the most vulnerable in our community – whether it is elderly people who need help with their finances or needing to make arrangements for their care
We are still actively engaged in assisting with obtaining probate and administration of deceased estates and will provide advice to anyone who has recently lost a loved one as to the best course of action to take in these unprecedented times.
Owing to government guidance that no one should be moving house during the restricted period there will be a small team able to help in the Property Department but it is business as usual for the matters that we can progress
We hope that this message will help to reassure you that we are still here to help during the months ahead.
If you have any queries please contact us and we will try to help if we can.
With all best wishes to you and your loved ones.
Please keep well and safe.
